We’re hiring for a HR Operating Office Manager to join our HR Operating team working across the EMEA.

Purpose of the Role

As HR Operating Office Manager you’ll support the Director of the HR Operating Office EMEA and the EMEA Chief People Officer in key tasks and coordinate activities across HR in the EMEA region including reporting, budget planning and people & culture initiatives with the ability to influence on key people matters. You’ll play a key role in the successful implementation and embedding of HR strategy and risk management.

This will involve varied and senior stakeholder management and require specialist skills, including Project Management, Data & People Analytics, People Risk Management and an understanding of EMEA landscape with upcoming legislative changes. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain direct insight in all areas of HR and work on a diverse range of projects with multiple stakeholders across the EMEA Markets and CoE’s.
