HR Operations Advisor

We have a great opportunity for a passionate and driven HR Operations Advisor to provide an excellent end-to-end HR administration and reporting service, within a fast-paced and high-volume environment, whilst also supporting our employees and managers on their UPP journey.
Being the first point of contact for a wide range of HR and payroll administration enquiries, as well as first-line employee relation case handling. This is done via our HR Service Desk ticketing system (HelloHR) and Workday (HR & Payroll System), providing a high level of customer service and ensuring our internal Service Level Agreements are met.
This role is Nottingham based, with occasional travel to our London office and other sites. We have a hybrid working policy which is a minimum of two days in the office, enabling a good balance between working from home and the office.
We are looking for you to already be working in an HR administration/advisory role with some understanding of employment legislation, and experience of ER casework.
You will be approachable, professional, and possess strong verbal and written communication and organisational skills, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with HR software.
You will be comfortable working to multiple deadlines, have the ability to interpret and manipulate data with an eye for detail, and have excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with colleagues at all levels. You will be curious and analytical, with sound judgment and practical reasoning to handle situations and solve problems effectively.
