Role Overview

Working as part of the Group HR Operations team, this role will be responsible for leading HR Operations for the UK region as well as supporting group-wide employee operations and experience, implementing group ways of working to ensure world-class practices throughout the employee lifecycle.

Collaborating closely with Studio HR Business Partners and the wider HR team, this role will oversee the local HR Operational Specialist for the UK and the HR Systems Administrator, and manage Group EOR administration.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure a user-focused employee experience that prioritizes employee engagement and satisfaction.
  2. Promote a positive workplace culture and manage engagement initiatives.
  3. Act as an escalation point for regional investigations and disciplinary actions.
  4. Manage regional employment compliance and legal issues.
  5. Maintain high standards of service delivery to employees and management.
  6. Oversee local and EOR payroll administration in line with group standards.
  7. Manage relationships with local HR providers, including payroll and benefits providers.
  8. Support HR & Finance in reporting and budgeting activities.
  9. Define and optimize ATS and HRIS systems with the VP HR Operations and Director of Talent, managing the HR System Administrator.
  10. Ensure data accuracy and contribute to analytics strategies, preparing reports and analyses.
  11. Report on HR trends, compliance, and workforce data to leadership.
  12. Lead group HR events such as performance management and compensation reviews.
  13. Administer and analyze employee engagement surveys, providing insights and recommendations.
  14. Support HR initiatives, meetings, and activities, tracking progress and delivery.
  15. Generate reports on HR topics, including training, participation, and compliance metrics.
  16. Support due diligence processes for M&A transactions at regional and group levels.
  17. Lead, mentor, and develop team members.
  18. Build strong partnerships with other departments to align HR support with business goals.
  19. Support additional HR initiatives as needed.
