We’re seeking a highly capable and proactive HR Performance Process Operations Lead to drive excellence in performance management across a complex, fast-paced organisation. This role is central to aligning business strategy with operational execution, ensuring continuous improvement and high-quality service delivery. This is a Bristol based role with hybrid working on a 2 year FTC.

You’ll lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of performance management processes, using data-driven insights to identify inefficiencies and deliver impactful change. Working cross-functionally, you’ll guide teams through process enhancements, champion best practices, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
