HR & Payroll Administrator, Bridgend
We’re looking for an organised and detail focused HR and Payroll Administrator to join our team and play a key role in HR operations and payroll delivery
You’ll support the full employee lifecycle while managing time & attendance data and processing payroll.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Administering employee records and HR systems (Oracle)
- Managing onboarding, leavers, and contractual documentation
- Supporting recruitment and induction processes
- Processing payroll data accurately and on time each month
- Maintaining Time & Attendance data
- Coordinating with departmental managers for pay authorisations
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR and employment legislation
- Handling HR and payroll queries from employees and managers
- Administering employee records and HR systems (Oracle)

- Maintaining and troubleshooting Time & Attendance data
- Coordinating with departmental managers for pay authorisations
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR and employment legislation
- Handling HR and payroll queries from employees and managers
- Previous experience in an HR or payroll administrative role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of payroll processing and T&A systems
- Experience working in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment
