We are looking to recruit an organised and motivated individual with some front-line HR experience, to provide a professional, efficient and effective HR and payroll service across the trust.

Responsibilities will include advising and supporting line managers with processes across the employee life cycle. The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified/working towards the CIPD qualification and keen to develop, or have equivalent experience.

Salary Range NJC SCP 18-22 (Worcestershire scale 6) FTE £31,537 - £33,699 pro-rata depending upon hours worked (permanent). Minimum 30 hours per week during term time (plus 4 weeks in the school holidays) with flexible/hybrid working available.
