Overview

Role Purpose: We are looking for a HR People Partner who will work closely with our senior and executive leaders across the group by providing support to enable effective people plans and strategies ensuring alignment to the group’s overall plan.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Maintain strong partnerships with senior leaders to shape the people plan and provide challenge for optimal outcomes.
  • Coach senior leaders to foster a people-centric culture aligned with the group's vision and values.
  • Analyse trends and metrics for enhancing people capabilities and offer solutions to address challenges.
  • Understand the group's strategy, customers, and collaborate with team members for L&D and engagement support.
  • Provide support on people-related cycles such as performance management, talent and succession, pay reviews, engagement surveys and action planning.
  • Advise leaders on attraction, succession, retention to enhance business performance.
  • Collaborate closely within the wider people team to develop and deliver people plans.
  • Manage organisational change projects, influence organisation design, lead on consultation plans and coach leaders through these processes.
  • Understand risk and compliance policies and processes and ensure adherence at all times.

Desirable

  • TUPE
  • CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience
  • Experience of advising and consulting in a HR capacity within the financial services
  • Grasp of insurance, broking and how it is regulated
