HR Project Consultant - Asset Management - Benefits & Compensation

Miryco Consultants are working with a leading global Investment Management firm seeking to add an HR Project Consultant to their team on a 6-month contract, based in Manchester or Dublin. This role is ideal for a Compensation & Benefits professional with strong project management skills to support the setup of benefits programs.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop project plans with clear roles and responsibilities, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
2. Create presentations that clearly translate into solution pathways.
3. Lead process automation initiatives to reduce manual activities by leveraging HR systems, tools, and templates.

Experience:

1. Experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably within a multinational or European context.
2. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
4. Proven HR project management experience leading complex projects in a global organization.

Location: Manchester or Dublin, with a hybrid work model.
