Miryco Consultants is collaborating with a leading global Investment Management firm to recruit a HR Project Consultant for a 6-month contract, based in either Manchester or Dublin. This role is ideal for a Compensation & Benefits professional with strong project management skills to support the setup of benefits programs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans with clear roles, responsibilities, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Create presentations that clearly communicate solutions and pathways.
• Lead process automation initiatives to reduce manual activities, utilizing HR systems, tools, and templates.

Experience:

• Experience in Compensation & Benefits within a multinational or European context.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven HR project management experience leading complex projects in a global organization.

Location: Manchester or Dublin, with a hybrid work model.

Salary: Competitive day rate.
