Role Overview
We're seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our collaborative and forward-looking HR function on a 12 month, fixed term contract.
In this role, you'll contribute to the successful delivery of HR transformation projects, helping us to improve systems, processes, and services across the global business. You'll report to the Senior Project Manager and work closely with stakeholders across HR, Technology, and the wider organisation.

Role Responsibilites
- Support project delivery across the HR portfolio, including stakeholder engagement, project tracking, problem-solving, risk management, and reporting
- Document project scope, milestones, and risks (RAID), and create high-quality project artefacts such as plans and progress reports
- Capture and analyse business requirements; re-engineer and map HR processes
- Develop user-friendly training materials and desk aids for new or enhanced HR systems
- Support the creation of steering committee and leadership update packs
- Maintain the HR process taxonomy and manage periodic attestations with process owners
- Support system testing and implementation activities, providing hands-on support as needed
- Oversee the HR knowledge hub and SharePoint resources, ensuring content is accurate and accessible
Essential
- Proven experience in project management or project coordination
- Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- A collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Flexible, curious, and committed to continuous learning and improvement
- Experience working with HR functions or HR transformation programmes
- Familiarity with HR systems, processes, or organisational change initiatives
