This is a temporary role where you will provide a high-quality end to end recruitment service to meet the changing needs of the business and the external market. You will work with internal and external partners to manage and develop recruitment and selection at Vico Homes, including the development of our online recruitment offering and ensuring a full and robust onboarding process is maintained.
Responsibilities
- Be an experienced leader with the ability to work proactively with managers across the business to identify current and future workforce needs.
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing and evaluation methods and ensure that recruitment and selection decisions are taken in line with relevant employment and equalities legislation.
- Demonstrate a detailed working knowledge of employment legislation and best practice.
Required qualities and experience
