We are looking for an HR Systems Administrator to support and maintain our HR systems, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. This role is key to helping us manage data, improve processes, and support the wider HR team with technical expertise.

Responsibilities
- User Support / Customer Service: Be a first line of support to users, resolving system-related enquiries queries to required Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
- System Management: Create, Read, and update employee records within various HR systems to support system / organisational structures and delivery of the HR lifecycle.
- Data Integrity: Maintain a high level of data accuracy and integrity within HR systems by ensuring HR records and system access permissions are managed as per security permissions, protocols, and governance.
- Workload management: Manage and prioritise service requests / tickets, working to effective dates, ensuring a high level of data accuracy.
- Training and Documentation: Maintain system documentation and user guides.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure all HR systems comply with data protection regulations and organisational security policies.
- Project Support: Provide admin support for HR system-related projects.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Good attention to detail required.
- Ability to manage own workload and competing demands.
- Ability to build effective relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Good level of computer literacy
