Job Title: HR Systems Assistant

Location: City of London

Role: Full-time permanent role

Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working (4 days in office)

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Our client is a leading international law firm has over a century of experience advising top-tier corporations, financial institutions, and government entities. With a strong global presence and a key office in London, the firm is known for handling complex, high-stakes legal matters across multiple jurisdictions.

The role

In your new role as a HR Systems Assistant you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of employee data on the system to ensure smooth running of HR Operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

Accurately input, update and maintain employee records on the firms HRIS.Support the HR team with data processing.Ensure all HRIS data entry and updates are completed in a timely manner.Contribute to the ongoing improvement of HR data processes.

What do you need?

In order to be successful in this role you will need:

Previous experience in an HR administration role within a professional services environment.Keen interest in HR systems and data management.Strong attention to detail communication, and organisational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
