As our HR Systems Project Manager for our HR Tech team, you will lead and inspire our HR technology initiatives in our Centre of Excellence (CoE), driving operational efficiency and enhancing the colleague experience.
This is a perfect role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is passionate about HR technology, and is committed to delivering measurable business value through innovation and collaboration.
This is a hybrid role and will require a minimum of two days per week working onsite at Bicester Village.
What you will be doing
The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following:
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the Centre of Excellence for People Tech initiatives, including demand intake, prioritisation, delivery, training, and continuous improvement.
- Drive optimisation and strategic alignment of HR technology platforms across the business.
- Develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders, champion system literacy, and lead the training strategy for People Tech systems.

- Proven experience managing HRIS platforms in a global or European context.
- Strong Centre of Excellence project management skills with cross-functional leadership experience.
- Expertise in SuccessFactors and familiarity with ServiceNow and UKG.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in HR technology.
- Several years’ experience in managing and implementing HR technology systems.
- Demonstrated experience in leading CoE People Tech projects and managing supplier relationships.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
