HR & Training Administrator - Stevenage

Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
You will work as part of our People Team supporting both the People and Training Teams within Mountain Healthcare on any issues related to People and Training.
Main duties of the job
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, handling employee queries, reward, contract changes, HR recruitment & selection, retention, training support, professional and company clearance renewals, absence management, and other administrative tasks supporting our processes.

Job responsibilities
This role offers opportunities to gain broader project experience and develop your skills within a collaborative team environment. Attention to detail is crucial, as your support will help maintain our high standards of service quality.
We seek an organized individual experienced with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) who is interested in gaining HR experience with career progression in mind. Strong literacy, accuracy, communication skills, and workload management are essential. Experience in administration and training environments is desirable.
The post requires working Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with some flexibility for travel to MHL locations. The role is based in Stevenage with a hybrid working model. Candidates should be willing to support business needs, including operational demands and flexible hours as required.

- Applicants should ideally live near Stevenage and possess a full driving license with access to transport.
