HR Transformation Consulting Services is a cross‑industry capability focused on developing and delivering market‑leading, innovative HR solutions. This practice is part of the UKI Talent and Organisation/Human Potential practice, combining HR transformation, HR technology consulting, programme leadership, change management and leadership expertise to shape world‑class colleague experiences and HR services driven by digital enablement.

Our HR professionals help organizations blueprint their HR strategy, operating model and design, planning and deployment activities required to achieve broad transformational changes. We provide strong methods, tools and accelerators founded on best‑in‑class thought leadership to help clients structure, launch and implement large‑scale transformation programs that improve productivity, effectiveness and workforce performance.

In this role you will:

  • Deliver HR consulting projects to define Talent Management solutions encompassing the key elements of the talent lifecycle, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Talent Strategy, and Talent Management programs and processes, along with the supporting operating model and technology enablers.
  • Challenge clients to think differently about how HR can support the workforce of the future in an agile enterprise.
  • Support the growth of the HR consulting practice through innovation, capability growth, thought leadership and market eminence within Talent Management.
  • Help create market‑relevant Talent Management points of view, blogs and offerings to build Accenture’s HR consulting and overall T&O brand.
  • Deliver with consistency and excellence for our clients.

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • Proven track record in delivering talent management strategy, programmes and/or processes.
  • A passion for innovation and technology trends, with an understanding of the Talent Management ecosystem and how leading‑edge technologies and data can drive organization objectives while supporting the employee/colleague experience.
  • Strong consulting acumen demonstrated by excellent communication, facilitation and data analysis skills to influence others.
  • Experience in driving employee‑experience‑centric process optimisation efficiencies in talent management processes, leveraging the latest thinking including Robotics, Automation and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and manage stakeholders, both internally and externally, with clear ability to influence others.
