• This role has a strong emphasis on Vetting Services—coordinating background checks in line with policy, liaising with vetting partners to manage risk, and supporting both candidates and employees.
• The Advisor ensures vetting is completed within agreed service levels, acts as the first point of contact for queries and low- to medium-risk cases, and manages associated employee relations cases.
  
  
  

• Advisors track vetting status daily and provide regular reports to leaders on completion rates.
  
  
  

• A Levels or equivalent (High School / FE College).
• HR-related degree/diploma useful but not essential.
  
  
  

• Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, or systems.
• Strong Vetting experience
• Experian experience
• Knowledge of employment compliance checks desirable.
