Job Title: HR Systems Consultant – Head Office

Salary: £49,500 up to £66,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We need an HRIS professional with technical know‑how and collaboration skills to keep our HR technology ready for every colleague and challenge.

What you'll do:

  • Serve as the ServiceNow Case Management & Virtual Agent expert liaising with national and international HR teams.
  • Support the management & usage of other HR information systems (Centric, SAP HCM, SuccessFactors) as needed.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to implement the product roadmap and raise key issues.
  • Plan, negotiate and implement system enhancements based on end‑user feedback and business strategy.
  • Lead and deliver continuous technical improvement projects.
  • Coordinate ongoing training needs analysis & programs for all end users.
  • Develop strong working partnerships with relevant stakeholders.

What you'll need:

  • Experience configuring and managing an HR information system.
  • Expert knowledge of ServiceNow Case Management & Virtual Agent (preferable).
  • Adept at learning new HR information systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong organisational and collaboration skills.
  • Pro‑active and entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Effective problem‑solving skills.
  • A self‑assured and adaptive communication style.
  • Customer‑focused approach to system development.
