Overview

Role - HSE Engineer (Oil & Gas) – Permanent – Kingston. This position is based in the Kingston office with a hybrid working arrangement (3 days in the office).

One of our key Oil & Gas clients is looking to hire an HSE Engineer to support a Project HSE Team. The role focuses on the development, implementation and monitoring of the project safety management system across multiple projects.

The candidate will have 2–4 years’ experience working for an IMCA contractor; technical knowledge of IOGP and IMCA standards is key.

Responsibilities

• Subcontractor Management and Evaluation including Supplier Document Register
• Develop and maintain Project Deliverables
• Lead Risk Management Process
• Facilitate HSE Readiness Reviews
• HSE Contract Administration
• Ensure compliance with Contractual and Regulatory Requirements
• Plan and conduct Internal HSE Audits
• Lead Investigations
• Maintain and coordinate Country Emergency Response Team

Qualifications / Requirements

• 2–4 years’ experience working for an IMCA contractor
• Technical knowledge of IOGP and IMCA standards
• Experience within a Project HSE Team environment
• Open to a hybrid working pattern (3 days in the office)
