HSE Manager - Eastleigh - Hampshire

£50,000 - £68,000

Our client is a leading manufacturer dedicated to producing products of exceptional quality. As they expand their site, they are looking for a HSE Manager to join their close-knit team.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Promote a culture of Safety First through effective engagement strategies with colleagues.
2. Create a site Safety Deployment plan.
3. Monitor the effectiveness of the Group H&S Policy, recommending changes and providing advice to employees.
4. Facilitate and manage the ISO14001 Environmental Management System.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• A minimum of NEBOSH General Certificate in Health & Safety; willing to study towards NEBOSH Diploma.
• Experience as a Health & Safety Manager, ideally within manufacturing.
• Experience managing and delivering ISO14001 Environmental Management System.
