Overview HSEQ Manager for PEAK Wind. Based in one of our offices in Denmark (Aarhus, Copenhagen), the UK (London, Glasgow), or Germany (Hamburg). We are looking for an HSEQ Manager to support us in delivering the highest HSEQ standards globally, across all parts of the organization, and on projects. Based in one of our offices in Denmark (Aarhus, Copenhagen), the UK (London, Glasgow), or Germany (Hamburg), you will join our dynamic global HSEQ team. This team is responsible for driving HSEQ excellence globally across a fleet of projects in development, construction, and operations in onshore and offshore wind. Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of the corporate HSEQ strategy and management systems. Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure HSEQ standards are integrated into project planning, execution, and delivery. Check and confirm HSEQ implementation and compliance by undertaking periodic audits and ensuring assurance of projects at both corporate and project levels. Produce clear, concise, and quality-assured technical documentation. Identify, assess, and mitigate HSEQ-related risks across all areas of the organization and in project-specific contexts. Review HSEQ datasets to analyse prevailing trends, devise proactive and preventative campaigns, and undertake regular audits and inspections. Design and deliver HSEQ training and awareness programs. Carry out incident investigations.
Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in the renewable energy industry or a related industrial setting. Knowledge and understanding of onshore and offshore project development, construction, and operations. Practical knowledge and experience with implementing the ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 45001). A degree or equivalent in relevant technical, engineering, or operational disciplines with professional qualification, e.g., NEBOSH, CMIOSH (or working towards it), or equivalent professional membership. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of producing documentation, reports, and presentations. Strong stakeholder management and relationship skills. Understanding of risk management frameworks and incident investigation methodologies. Experience within wind operations & maintenance, site, and office-based roles.
