Overview

HR Support, The Law Support Group is seeking a HR Systems Manager to join their growing UK and international professional services firm. This is a permanent, hybrid role (3 days per week in the London office). The role involves managing the HRIS and leading on the delivery of business-critical analytics, with line management responsibility for a small team of HRIS and Reporting Analysts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the maintenance and optimisation of the HRIS, futureproofing against business changes and growth.
  • Take ownership of the firm’s data integrity and security within the HR system.
  • Act as the subject matter expert and champion of the HRIS; manage releases/upgrades and collaborate with external partners to provide resolutions.
  • Use system improvements to drive operational stability, process automation and innovation across all offices.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive analytical reports to support strategic HR initiatives.
  • Analyse data trends and provide actionable insights to HR and leadership teams.
  • Partner with the wider HR team as well as key stakeholders in Finance and other departments to understand their data and HR system needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Provide training and support to the HR team and other users of HR systems.
  • Lead HR systems projects, including new implementations and enhancements — managing timelines, budgets and resources effectively.

Qualifications

  • Creative, innovative and ambitious with solid experience in HRIS and Analytics management or a Team Leader role.
  • Experience of line management in a similar capacity.
  • Ideally experience using SuccessFactors and familiarity with other relevant analytical tools.
  • Experience within a law firm or professional services (partnership) environment is highly desired but not essential.
  • Demonstrable experience managing or leading a HRIS & Analytics team/function is essential.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders across HR, Finance and other departments to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Willingness to train and support HR users of HR systems.
