Now, with this HR Advisor role, we're taking our People team to the next level, operating within our fast-paced organisation to ensure we stay ahead of the competition.Your focus in this HR Advisor role:* First point of contact for HR related employee and manager queries* Assist in the development of performance management systems, including appraisals and performance improvement plans* Support with implementation of changes related to organisational design* Coaching and supporting managers with people related processes* End to end management of employee relations cases* Communication of people policy and employment law changes* Delivery of cross functional Human Resource and wider business projectsWhat you'll need to bring to the grid as an HR Advisor:* Previous experience in a similar role at a fast paced organisation* Sound knowledge of up to date employment legislation and ability to demonstrate its practical application* Level 3 CIPD qualified or above* Ability to communicate well with all stakeholders using different mediums* Proactive with a high level of attention to detail and accuracyAt Red Bull Powertrains, we believe that success isn’t just about speed—it’s about the team behind the victory.
