Human Resources Business Partner - Media/ Advertising

Fantastic opportunity to join one of London's brightest agencies as an HR Business Partner. Hybrid working (3:2) with offices in a great central London location.

Salary: Between £50,000 and £60,000 depending on experience levels. Plus excellent benefits.

Working as part of an HR team and supporting talented, creative, engaged, high-performing teams, you will be responsible for full generalist support as well as partnering with managers to ensure the delivery of the day-to-day, 360 degree HR service.

Your role will cover:

• supporting and coaching managers on employee relations issues
• retention and development
• recruitment and selection
• ensuring compliance and keeping up to date with new legislation and policy change
• reward and recognition
• line managing junior team members

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• a proven track record of success in an HR/People role within media, agencies or fast-paced client focused businesses
• the ability to engage and communicate confidently and effectively at all levels throughout the business
