Our client is a well-established organisation based in North London, seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with managers and employees to drive engagement, improve performance, and strengthen HR processes.

As a HR Business Partner, you will:

  • Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers on all employee relations matters.
  • Partner with department heads to deliver people-focused solutions that align with organisational goals.
  • Support and coach managers on performance management, absence management, and disciplinary processes.
  • Lead on policy development, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practice.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities where required.
  • Identify and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Support HR projects and organisational change initiatives.

What we’re looking for:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher (Level 7 desirable).
  • Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and coach managers.
  • Confident handling complex ER cases and managing change.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
