OverviewSenior Recruiter of HR Professionals in Law Firms across the UK and Internationally (Europe, Asia, the Middle-East, Australia and the US). My client, an Independent London Law Firm, are looking to recruit a Human Resources Business Partner to join their HR Team.Working in a HR team of 11, this role will look after a headcount of approx. 120 staff, the successful individual will be tasked with being a true HR generalist as well as having the opportunity to be involved in HR projects.Salary and LocationSalary: up to £70,000Hybrid working: 3 days in office per weekKey responsibilitiesAdvise Partners and managers on employee relations matters, including performance, grievances and disciplinary issues, balancing legal compliance with commercial sensitivity.Cultivate trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, becoming a valued advisor with the confidence to influence and guide.Champion a culture of high performance by identifying and fostering talent while proactively managing underperformance.Promote diversity and inclusion by supporting effective hiring, development, and promotion practices.Partner with leaders to assess team capacity and succession planning, offering input on resourcing strategies. Collaborate with the Recruitment Business Partner on job design, interviews, and offer processes.Collaborate with the Head of HR to proactively surface and resolve people-related issues in key business areas.Work closely with the wider HR team to drive both day-to-day operations and strategic HR improvements.Manage family leave processes, including maternity, paternity, and shared parental leave.Partner with the Learning and Development Manager to implement training initiatives and support broader development plans.Mentor and guide HR Administrators, fostering their growth and professional development.Candidate profileThe ideal candidate will be a confident and experienced HR generalist, ideally with a background in professional services. They will be adept at building strong working relationships, offering sound HR advice, and navigating complex issues with diplomacy and tact.
