Your Role

Hudl’s People Operations is the backbone to our People team. We’re looking for a Senior HR Specialist with strong HR operations experience in the UK & Netherlands, with a wider remit across EMEA/Asia/Latam highly desirable. Your work will span borders, providing the opportunity to impact Hudlies around the globe. This role requires 2/3 days in the office per week, so candidates should live within commuting distance of our London or Den Bosch offices.

Must-Haves

  • Knowledgeable. Strong knowledge of UK and Dutch HR administration, and general knowledge about international employment practices and HR operations (HR administration, immigration, contracts, benefit administration, HR processes, leave and absence processes, etc.).
  • Experienced. Experience scaling HR administration and operational processes, policies and systems, and managing HR administration across multiple countries in EMEA and APAC.
  • Confident. Comfortable working with external Labour Consultants, local labour offices and third parties.
  • Be an expert. Provide expert HR policy interpretation and advice on procedures and regulations as well as first-line applicable employment law.
  • Provide support. Support stakeholders and employees on all applications and systems used; support the Payroll function with payroll input specific to the region.
  • Create and maintain. Documentation for the region: promotion letters, contracts, employment letters, etc.

  • Multilingual. English required; Dutch highly desirable.

Compensation

The base salary range is displayed below; starting salaries typically fall near the middle of this range. Compensation decisions are based on experience, skills, and education in line with internal pay equity practices. Base Salary Range.
