We are looking for an experienced clinician with minimum of 3 years post qualification experience to join our lovely team. Primarily based at Home Brewery in Arnold with hybrid working option. Responsible for delivering equipment reviews for adults with a wide range of of complex physical and mental health needs. Reviews can take place in peoples homes or care home setting.
Applicants will need to be self-motivated, highly organised with excellent communication skills and confident dealing with challenging situations and risk management in a clinical setting. Clinicians may contribute and assist the Senior Practitioner in service development and innovation.
There is the option of a flexible working arrangement depending on the requirements of the successful candidates.
