Overview
As an ICT Support Manager, you are required to provide first and second line support in a busy organisation with multiple users. Good hardware and software knowledge is required.
Responsibilities
- Managing, organising and evaluating IT systems and electronic data operations
- Installing and configuring hardware, software, networks, printers and scanners
- Ensuring security of data, network access and backup systems throughout the company
- Liaising with third-party contractors when necessary to resolve technical issues
- Managing a register of when maintenance was completed and a schedule of dates
- Managing IT asset register and handling annual budget to ensure cost effectiveness
