The Security, Resilience & Protection Department delivers a global, scalable, and efficient service, providing expertise to enable the company to operate safely and securely.

About the Role

The IAM team is responsible for the corporate Identity and Access Management technology service. We're seeking an Identity & Access Management Analyst to join the team and support the advancement of the IAM strategy.

The role involves working closely with the Cyber Security Operations team, Risk & Compliance, HR, and specialist 3rd party security suppliers. The IAM Analyst will support the Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML) processes, maintain privileged access controls, and provision real-time access changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support JML processing and ensure access requests are completed in a timely manner.
  • Manage incident response for IAM-related issues and resolve them efficiently.
  • Develop and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) controls.
  • Stay up-to-date with technical and business knowledge in the area of expertise.
  • Propose and deliver innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Analyze data sources to produce options and recommendations for workable solutions.
  • Effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About the Candidate

  • Experience working in an Identity Access Management role.
  • Experience working with One Identity IAM solution.
  • Broad knowledge of access controls across enterprise infrastructure and applications.
  • Passion for security and self-development to stay up-to-date with evolving IAM trends.
  • Knowledge of security controls across Microsoft Technologies is beneficial.
  • Understanding of NIST Cyber Security Framework is beneficial.
