Role

IFA Administrator

London, hybrid (3 days office-based)

9am – 5pm, 35 hours per week (flexible start/finish times, 1-hour lunch)

This boutique Chartered IFA practice works closely with one of the UK’s top accountancy firms, giving their clients access to a wide range of financial planning and tax expertise.

The team is small, dynamic, and highly collaborative - three Chartered Advisers (Directors), three Paraplanners, and a close-knit Client Support team. You’ll enjoy a non-corporate, supportive culture where everyone plays a key role.

We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to provide one-to-one support to a Chartered Financial Planner. This is a varied role where you’ll take ownership of administration tasks and annual review processes.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and processing client documentation, including annual review packs (using Dynamic Planner)
  • Working across different platforms such as Aviva, AJ Bell and Abrdn
  • Assisting with Death in Service and Income Protection processes
  • Exam support (exam cost covered, 1–2 study days per exam, mock exam support)

Qualifications and skills

  • Experience as an IFA Administrator or similar administrative support in financial planning
  • Experience with client documentation and annual reviews
  • Familiarity with Dynamic Planner and platforms such as Aviva, AJ Bell and Abrdn
  • Interest in working in a small, non-corporate environment and building long-term client relationships
