Overview

Our client, a privately owned multimillion pound turnover business, is looking to recruit an In-House Lawyer to join its highly regarded team.

The role offers hybrid working with 3 days per week office based in Uxbridge. A leading provider of social care, the company offers a broad range of high-quality services and has a property portfolio valued close to £1 billion. Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, the role will involve working on a wide range of domestic and international legal matters that arise in a multinational group with an ambitious growth strategy. The role will primarily focus on supporting the business with a broad range of commercial law matters and company secretary related duties.

Responsibilities

• Support the business with a broad range of commercial law matters and company secretary duties.
• Review, draft, and amend a range of commercial contracts.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the organization.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 1 year PQE.
• Experience reviewing, drafting, and amending a range of commercial contracts.
• Wide-ranging commercial law experience and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Previous in-house experience is preferred along with an appetite to manage company secretary related tasks.

Details

• Salary: £80,000
• Hybrid working: 3 days from home
• Contract: 12-month fixed term contract
