Implementation Specialist – BD Nogales Norte This role is based in the UK with extensive travel requirements across the UK and occasionally to other European countries. Remote work is possible except for scheduled onsite visits and training sessions. About the Role As an Implementation Specialist, you will deliver high‑quality installation, integration, and support of our medication management solutions. You will work closely with customers to ensure smooth implementation, training, and maintenance, applying your technical expertise to optimise their systems. Key Responsibilities
Install, configure and integrate hardware, software and applications according to project plans. Conduct customer meetings and training sessions on‑site and remotely. Coordinate project phases with the Project Management Office, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Provide technical support, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to customers in the assigned region. Perform hardware and software repairs on customer sites when required. Document and report technical activities and outcomes with precision and attention to detail. Maintain awareness of change processes and adapt to evolving customer and business needs. Communicate technical information clearly, ensuring understanding among customers and colleagues.
About You
Background in IT or related technical disciplines, with hands‑on experience in virtual platforms and networking systems. Proven experience in project delivery using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Skilled in creating and maintaining accurate technical project documentation. Strong problem‑solving ability and experience supporting proprietary and standard applications. Capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Fluent in English; additional Scandinavian language skills are an advantage. Holds a valid driving licence.
