An excellent opportunity for a talented Disputes Lawyer to join a fast-growing, sustainability‑led business on an initial interim basis, with strong potential to become permanent. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative legal team, working at the heart of major, multi‑million‑pound commercial disputes involving M&A, JVs, fraud, and professional negligence. The work is complex, strategic, and highly visible across the business.

What you’ll do

• Lead and support large‑scale commercial disputes alongside top external counsel.
• Coordinate case strategy, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide clear, pragmatic advice in a fast‑paced, commercial environment.

What we’re looking for

• UK‑qualified lawyer with 3+ years’ PQE in commercial disputes or litigation.
• Confident managing complex, multi‑party cases.
• Comfortable spending 2 days a week in the Lincolnshire office – with expenses covered for overnight stays.
