An exciting opportunity has arisen for an In House Litigation Solicitor to join a dynamic team of professionals. You will handle a diverse caseload of commercial disputes, including insolvency litigation, breach of contract claims, professional negligence disputes, insurance litigation, and construction and company/shareholder disputes.

What you'll do

  • Manage and litigate a caseload of multi-track claims in-house, including drafting pleadings, correspondence, and court documents
  • Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
  • Assess the merits and commercial viability of potential claims
  • Work closely with the team to drive innovative legal strategies
  • Engage in networking and relationship-building with insolvency practitioners and legal professionals
