In House Counsel - Commercial and Technology Lawyer–HedgeFund–6–8PQE - London

Our client is a fast-growing hedge fund expanding its legal team. This is a standout opportunity for a commercial contracts and technology lawyer to join a dynamic environment at the forefront of innovation.

You’ll play a key role in supporting the rollout of cutting-edge technologies, including AI platforms, and advising on a broad range of commercial matters. The ideal candidate will bring a genuine interest in AI regulation, a strong grasp of commercial contracts, and a solid understanding of the financial services landscape.

Responsibilities

  • 6–8 years PQE, with strong experience in commercial and technology law.
  • Background in financial services is essential; exposure to hedge funds or trading environments is a plus.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a proactive mindset.
  • Candidates from both private practice and in-house backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
