Responsibilities

  • Manage the income collection process and ensure timely invoicing.
  • Investigate and resolve disputes related to billing and payments.
  • Communicate directly with clients to address inquiries and concerns regarding their accounts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to process and confirm payment agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of income collection activities and dispute resolutions.
  • Analyze income collection data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare reports for management on collection performance and outstanding disputes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in income collection, billing, or dispute resolution roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
