- Be the face of Ascot Lloyd, actively promoting our services and living our values in every conversation.
What We’re Looking For
- Financial Planning diploma qualified, ideally Chartered or actively working towards Chartered status—your expertise sets you apart.
- Proven experience in financial planning, gained with a respected organisation, demonstrating your ability to deliver outstanding advice.
- Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal, able to make complex financial arrangements clear and accessible for every client.
- A track record of smashing challenging sales targets in a regulated environment, with the drive to win new business and nurture recurring revenue.
- Confident with back office systems and meticulous in your attention to detail.
- Satisfactory Fit & Proper status, confirmed through Ascot Lloyd’s annual assessment—integrity is at the heart of everything you do.
- Committed to continuous professional development, always keeping your CPD logs and training up to date.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of industry and legislative changes, enabling you to build robust, forward‑thinking advice strategies for your clients.
