An exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised pharmaceutical company based in London as an Indirect Procurement Manager. You will drive strategic procurement initiatives, collaborate with global teams to optimise sourcing processes, negotiate contracts, and contribute to overarching procurement goals for large-scale, complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support sourcing strategies and procurement activities within the Professional Services category, aligning with global objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from strategic sourcing to contract negotiation and supplier management.
  • Foster senior stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and drive efficiency.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high service levels and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in procurement practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in indirect procurement, specifically in the Professional Services category, ideally within a large-scale or global environment. Other strategic procurement backgrounds will also be considered.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to drive value and innovation through supplier relationships.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • A clear desire for progression and ambition to develop your career within a leading global firm.
