Great opportunity to join our Tier 1 ranked Funds and Indirect Real Estate Team as a Senior Associate with a specialist focus on the Indirect Real Estate practice.

About The Role

The Funds and Indirect Real Estate team is band 1 ranked and the Indirect Real Estate practice covers high-value corporatised real estate transactions including M&A and JVs in relation to both corporate wrapped real estate and associated operational platforms as well as asset / investment management transactions and establishment of private REITs.

The Indirect Real Estate clients include sovereign wealth investors, listed REITs, private equity real estate managers, developers and pensions fund investors and their key clients include: AIMCo, APG, Aviva Investors, Columbia Threadneedle Investments, Davidson Kempner, Delancey, GSA/Yugo, Hammerson, Landsec, Mitsubishi Estates London, Mitsui Fudosan, Pension Insurance Corporation and SEGRO.

The Role Offers

About You

You will have excellent attention to detail, project management skills, drafting skills, the ability to translate legal theory into practical commercial advice, sound judgement and good interpersonal and consultancy skills. To meet the needs of the Senior Associate role, you will have an appropriate level of post qualification experience (5PQE plus) in a leading law firm and have focused on indirect / corporate real estate matters or have more general corporate M&A and JV transactions experience. No funds experience is required for this role.
