Role Overview

This role can be based from Manchester, Bolton, or a combination of both. As our VAT team continues to expand, we are looking for a talented and driven VAT Manager or Senior Manager to join us. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of our VAT offering.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Delivery: Provide high-quality VAT advice, solve problems through advisory projects, act as a trusted advisor, and assist with transactions.
• Team Development: Mentor junior members, lead by example, and contribute to internal training.
• Business Development: Identify new opportunities, support proposals, and pitches.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

• ACA/CTA preferred.
• Significant VAT experience.
• Proven track record in VAT advisory services.
• Strong technical and commercial knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, client-focused approach.
• Passionate about developing people and team culture.
