Location: Pembury, Kent; Hybrid working option. Salary: £41,000. Category: Staff (Fundraising). Working hours: 37.5 per week, full-time, permanent (flexible working requests considered).
Job profile: We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our friendly and supportive team to lead on individual giving, in memory and lottery fundraising. These income streams collectively raise over £1.5m each year. They are at the centre of our fundraising strategy, and we aim to grow income over the next five years through online and offline acquisition and retention campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Lead on individual giving, in memory and lottery fundraising.
- Develop and deliver plans, events, and campaigns; be strategic and hands-on.
- Contribute to growing income and strengthening our local reputation and loyal supporter base.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in individual giving.
- Curious, can-do attitude and willingness to try new things and learn from mistakes.
- Thrives in a busy environment and enjoys creating and delivering plans and campaigns.
