Salary: £34,000 - £37,500 depending on experience
Full Time: 37.5 hours per week

Be a part of an energetic and vibrant team focused on improving the lives of people living with kidney disease. Our client’s vision is the day when everyone lives free from kidney disease. They are recruiting an Individual Giving Acquisition Manager to support planning, delivery and analysis of individual giving acquisition campaigns across multiple products and channels to attract new supporters and support ambitious growth as part of their strategy.
You will take responsibility for end-to-end campaign management to help deliver the income and expenditure budget. This includes building the supporter base through acquisition and supporting the retention manager with the supporter journey.
You will have experience in an individual giving team or marketing role, managing campaigns end to end with a proven track record in delivering marketing activities. You should be able to manage key relationships, deliver campaigns within agreed timeframes, and maintain high standards with excellent attention to detail.
Additionally, you will have experience managing team members and ensuring their development is a key part of your role. You should demonstrate strategic thinking and understand how campaigns affect wider KPIs for the organisation.
