The Individual Giving Manager will manage the Individual Giving and Lottery teams within Fundraising. The post will have delegated responsibility of Individual Giving, In-Memory, Legacy and Lottery income streams raising over £2.5 million a year towards the Hospice’s specialist care.

You will inspire innovation and plan for strategic growth to develop new and existing appeals and initiatives to bring long-term reliable income to help the Hospice be there for everyone who needs it, now and into the future.

The post will work closely with Fundraising Managers to identify and plan robust and personal supporter journeys to retain and acquire new donors to Ashgate Hospice, especially through regular gifts and legacies.

You will lead and support the team in their development and in an integrated and a cross-departmental approach to maximise fundraising potential.

Location: Ashgate Hospice and Hasland’s Fundraising Centre with flexibility for occasional home working

Hours: Full time 37.5 hours
