The Role:
As an Influence Manager at our agency, you will be an essential part of our influencer proposition, covering the full range of influencer work. Your strategic thinking and creativity will help develop best-in-class ongoing influencer programs for our diverse range of clients, integrating them into the overall strategy for owned, earned, and paid channels.
We work with some of the biggest brands in the world and pride ourselves on our high standards and award-winning work. We are part of the PR, I nf luence and Social Agency and we work in hybrid teams across clients which helps our specialists have a deep understanding of the earned media approach which benefits our creative strategy and client results.
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of influencer campaigns, from identification , vetting, negotiation and implementation to overseeing and reporting. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders - i nternal and external, to deliver exceptional campaigns for our clients. As part of any role in our team your responsibilities will include managing the influencer database, ensuring it is up-to-date, and staying up-to-date with cultural/social trends and customers' views and attitudes.
We are looking for a self-motivated, action-oriented, and ambitious individual with a positive "can-do" attitude who really understands the landscape and the power and flexibility of influencer campaigns and activations to achieve brand objectives . You will have a keen interest in all things social and be an avid follower of relevant news and trends. You will also have experience in building consistently productive relationships and strong stakeholder management skills. In addition, you should have proven experience in integrating digital and social media into campaign activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- To work with the Account Director and Business Director to develop the client portfolio to increase their market share with the influencer strategy
- Actively contribute to the Influencer strategy by recommending objectives, targets, action plans, calendars, and budgets.
- Identify and nurture client-appropriate talent opportunities and relationships to help deliver the influencer program for clients.
- Manage the day-to-day running of influencer campaigns, from identification and implementation to overseeing and reporting.
- Maintain and build successful client relationships, selling in ideas and content streams in quick turnaround and high-pressure situations.
- Present creative and sell content solutions to internal stakeholders and new and existing clients.
- Building client trust and relationships to deliver great results and continue to increase the influence portfolio of brands
- Manage influencer posting across the year, ensuring regulations are met, brand sentiment is high and influencers are brand advocates delivering great work.
- Develop the campaigns, oversee day-to-day operations, keep all admin up to date, and report on data gathered throughout the campaign lifecycle.
General Responsibilities:
- Manage influencer and agent relationships and source new relevant influencers
- Stay up-to-date with cultural/social trends and customers' views and attitudes.
- Assist in the development and participation in promoting our influencer offering across the business.
- Support additional projects as required, such as market reviews, and competitive trends.
- A passion for influencer marketing with a minimum of two years' experience in the field.
- Self-motivated, action-oriented, and ambitious with a positive "can-do" attitude.
- A keen interest in all things social and an avid follower of relevant news and trends, being able to keep track of these insights and data utilising tools such as Microsoft Excel
Requirements:
- Ideally experience in working in a category such as beauty, wellness, lifestyle or similar, essential is a personal interest in these industries
- Ideally experience with influencer marketing software such as Traackr
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced agency environment
- Demonstrated experience in building consistently productive relationships.
- The ability to remain optimistic under pressure.
- Strong experience in key stakeholder management.
- A creative outlook with the ability to achieve the full potential from projects, keeping abreast of and utilising new industry developments and technology.
- Proven experience of integrating digital and social media in campaign activity.
