Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert across Finance, Supply Chain, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash processes within Infor M3.
• Lead client discovery workshops, capturing business requirements and translating them into solution designs.
• Deliver full lifecycle implementations: design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post implementation support.
• Advise clients on best practices and industry standards to maximise the value of their Infor M3 investment.

Travel and Working Arrangements

We have an environment that gives you the flexibility to achieve an effective work-life balance, whether you want to work from home or at one of our Cubo offices around the UK. We continue to offer onsite consultancy time if requested, so flexibility around travel and overnight stays is expected, dependent on the project requirements. Onsite time is planned ahead of time, within 2-week blocks, so you know well in advance where you will be working. We encourage those in customer-facing roles to aim to come into the office at least once a month, and also team meetings and client meetings; however, you can work from Nottingham HQ or any Cubo office regularly if you prefer, whichever suits you.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering multiple full lifecycle Infor M3 ERP implementations covering at least one of the following modules: Finance, Supply Chain, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash
• Experience with being a client-facing consultant within a partner environment
• Understanding of end-to-end business process flows across finance and operations
• Ability to configure, test, and deliver robust M3 solutions aligned to business requirements
• Full driver's licence and access to a vehicle
• Curious, looking to challenge the status quo and improve
• Collaborates well with both internal and external colleagues
• Committed to personal development and becoming a Trusted Advisor in your field.
