Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted InfoSec advisor on projects and internal changes.
- Review technical designs and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Lead cloud security assurance (Azure/MS 365) and recommend improvements.
- Develop and maintain hardening standards across technologies.
- Liaise with external testers and ensure remediation actions are completed.
- Support onboarding of new technologies into Cyber Defence.
- Keep up to date with emerging technologies, vulnerabilities, and risks.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in Information/Cyber Security with technical focus.
- Strong understanding of Azure/MS 365 E5 security suite and core IT technologies.
- Skilled in risk assessment, technical design review, and security toolsets (e.g. MS Sentinel, CrowdStrike, Rapid7).
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and mentor others.
