About the Role
We are seeking a Data and BI Analyst to become the driving force behind data-driven decision making across our horticulture, forestry, and farming operations. Based in Christchurch with travel opportunities to support regional teams, you'll transform raw data into actionable insights that directly impact business success. Working closely with senior leadership and teams across all divisions, you'll build on and extend the data foundation that drives our agricultural operations forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise/maintain core master datasets
- Design & build Power BI dashboards and reports
- Analyse & interpret complex datasets to identify patterns
- Collaborate directly with sector teams to translate business needs into BI solutions
- Lead data quality initiatives & train business users to build a data-driven culture
About You
You will ideally have 5+ years of data analysis & reporting experience
Advanced Power BI & SQL skills
Skilled in data governance & quality management
You excel at stakeholder engagement & translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights
You thrive in fast-paced, multi-business environments & build trusted relationships across diverse teams
Experience in the agriculture industry will be an advantage
