My client is seeking a contract Technical Project Manager for an initial 12-month contract based in Exeter, with on-site presence 1-2 days per month. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical delivery, IT frameworks, and preferably in the Utilities sector. The role is inside IR35, and compensation will be via PAYE through Opus Recruitment Solutions.
