I am working with a Housing Association based in Newcastle to recruit for a Cloud Infrastructure and Security Lead to join an established technical team and lead them through meaningful digital transformation.

This isn't a role buried in technical firefighting. You’ll be leading from the front, coaching, mentoring, and growing your team while fostering a collaborative, high-trust culture. With established technical capabilities already in-house, the focus is firmly on people: guiding your team through change, developing their capabilities, and helping shape the future of infrastructure, cloud, and security services across the organisation.

You’ll need experience leading and managing technical teams, ideally within infrastructure and cloud-based services. While a strong understanding of Azure, Security and Networking is required. The real priority is your leadership style, how you develop people, bring clarity, and create a thriving, high-performing team.

This is a hybrid role working 3 days a week onsite in their office in the Newcastle.

The salary is £51,000 with an annual increase currently awaiting confirmation.
